The Alliance’s Greatest Needs Fund 

American Alliance of Museums depends on contributions to this fund to maintain its financial strength and flexibility from year to year.  Earnings from membership cover only about 40% of annual operating expenses. We depend on unrestricted gifts to pick up where the revenue leaves off. 

Like any great organization, AAM must be able to respond to critical needs and emerging opportunities. Gifts earmarked for the “Areas of Greatest Need” permit AAM to address such issues.
