Change/Cancellation Policy
Reservation changes or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Cancellations not made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date may be charged a “no-show” fee of first night’s room rate plus applicable tax.

Airports
O’Hare International Airport and Midway Airport both provide airline service to and from the Chicago area.
Official Travel Agency
Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is the official travel agency for the AAM Annual Meeting in Chicago. Please contact ATC for discount air fares and car rental reservations by email at reservations@atcmeetings.com, or by fax at (858)362-3153.
You may also contact ATC toll-free at (800)458-9383, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 7:30 pm, EST. Discounts are available for travel May 10 through May 20, 2007.

Ground Transportation
Lakeside Center, McCormick Place is located 12 miles from Midway Airport; 23 miles from O’Hare International Airport. Taxicabs are readily available at each airport, and cost approximately $15-$30, depending on the airport.
Shuttle Service
Daily shuttle service will be offered between Lakeside Center, McCormick Place and the official annual meeting hotels.
