What your Booth Rental Includes:
- All exhibitors receive two complimentary full registrations per each 10' x 10' booth.
- Plus, up to four (4) more full registrations at reduced rates.
- Specially reduced airfares on designated airlines.
- Reduced rates on car rentals from AAM’s preferred rental companies.
- Free listing in the Preliminary Program if contract is received by October 31, 2006.
- Free listing in the Final Program which includes contact information plus a 25-word product description if description is received by February 1, 2007.
- Access to the Exhibitor Lounge with complimentary food and beverages.
- Aisle signs and aisle carpeting.
- An attendee pre-show or post show mailing list.
- A standard 8' high back drape and 3' high siderails.
- A 44" x 7" identification sign.
- Admission to all meeting sessions, providing there is no fee.
- Complimentary copy of both the Preliminary (provided you are signed up by December 31, 2006) and Final Programs.

Decorator Information
All services customarily required by exhibitors will be available. Complete shipping instructions and information regarding furniture and carpet rental, electrical work, plumbing, drayage, and labor for erecting and dismantling exhibits are included on the Exhibitor Service Kit CD, which will be mailed to those assigned space.
