Name Badges
For security reasons, badges must be worn at all times. Badges are required for admittance to all annual meeting program sessions, and events at both the convention center and Hilton Chicago, AAM's headquarters hotel.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the convention center.
Cellular Telephones and Pagers
AAM requests that all cellular phones and pagers be turned off in the meeting rooms, General Sessions, and the Career Center as a courtesy to other meeting attendees.
Food & Beverage
Food and beverage from outside vendors is not permitted in the convention center. Concessions provided by an exclusive caterer are located throughout the convention center and are available throughout the day.
