Annual Meeting Registration

The advance registration deadline has passed.  However, you can still register onsite in Chicago. Registration opens on Sunday, May 13 at 9:00 a.m. at the Lakeside Center, McCormick Place. 

Event registration is closed. Visit the ticket exchange booth to buy or sell tickets for events.

First Call rates: Registrations forms received by January 31, 2007.
Early-bird rates: Registration forms must be postmarked no later than March 2, 2007.
Advanced rates: Registrations postmarked after March 2 and received by April 6, 2007.
On-site rates: All registrations after April 6, 2007. Registration is on-site only at the Lakeside Center, McCormick Place. Do not mail or fax any registration forms to AAM after April 6, 2007.

Registration fees include attendance at all program sessions, general sessions, and MuseumExpo" 2007. Additional fees may be required for committee meetings, workshops, special events, and tours. Please watch this page for ticket purchase information. REMINDER: you will not be able to purchase event tickets onsite.

Registration Information

Badge Mailing
Pre-registered attendees will be mailed a badge and additional registration credentials, including tickets on or around April 27, 2007.  To be considered a pre-registered attendee and receive your registration credentials by mail, AAM must have received your completed registration no later than April 6, 2007.

Membership and Rates
In order to receive member rates, your AAM membership must be current at the time you register. If you join AAM or renew a lapsed membership, you will need to wait 24 hours for your membership to process before registering for the annual meeting.

Cancellations/Refunds
All cancellation requests must be in writing.  Please see cancellation/refund guidelines below.  Refunds will be issued by July 31, 2007. 

Cancellation Date Refund Amount
 Cancellations received before April 6th  100% of registration fee and event tickets purchased
 Cancellations received before May 4th  50% of registration fee and no refund on event tickets
 Cancellations received on or after May 4th  No refund

Vouchers and Fellowships
Any vouchers or fellowhships that have been awarded for a complimentary/discount registration must be attached to a completed registration form. Payment for selected events must be included with the registration form.

Student Members
Only current AAM Student members may register online. Students who are not an AAM member, will be charged the non member rate. Additionally, students classified other than a STUDENT MEMBER with AAM will be charged the regular member rate.
