Early-bird rates: Registration forms must be postmarked no later than February 1, 2008.
Advance rates: Registrations postmarked after Feb 1 and received by March 21, 2008.
On-site rates: All registrations after March 21, 2008. Registration is on-site only at the Colorado Convention Center.
* Registration fees include attendance at all program sessions, general sessions, and MuseumExpo™ 2008. Additional fees may be required for committee meetings, workshops, special events, and tours.
* If you join AAM now or renew a lapsed membership, you will need to wait 24 hours for your membership to process before registering for the Annual Meeting.
Group Discounts
Organizations sending multiple staff to the meeting can take advantage of special discounts.
* First Registrant: Full Price
* 2nd through 5th Registrants: $25 off each full meeting registration fee
* 6th & up Registrants: $50 off each full meeting registration fee
These registrations must be received together via fax or regular mail. Daily rates are not included with this discount.
Guests
Guest registration is available for those individuals who are not part of the museum community but will be accompanying a registered attendee to the AAM Annual Meeting. This badge will not contain professional contact information and will provide limited access to annual meeting activities. Registration for this category is not available online. Exhibitors
The rate chart does not apply to exhibitors. Download the Exhibitor Registration form. Check MuseumExpo™ for specific exhibitor information.
Student Members
Student rate applies to current AAM student members only.
Badges
If AAM receives your completed registration by March 21, 2008 you will get your badge and any other credentials by April 21, 2008.
Cancellations/Refunds
All cancellation requests must be in writing. Please see cancellation/refund guidelines below. Refunds will be issued by July 31, 2008.

Vouchers and Fellowships
Any vouchers or fellowships that have been awarded for a complimentary/discount registration must be attached to a completed registration form. Payment for selected events must be included with the registration form.
