Make your reservations early!

The AAM Housing Bureau is open! Click here to make your reservations online.  Par Avion, AAM’s official housing reservation center for the annual meeting, is also available by telephone for reservations or inquiries at 310-590-4737, or toll free 877-717-1656, Monday through Friday from 6A.M–5P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST), except major holidays. You may also download the housing reservation form and fax the completed form to 310-649-3554.

PARTICIPATING HOTELS

Special rates are available to annual meeting attendees making reservations through April 28, 2010.  After that date, AAM’s block of rooms will be released to the general public and rates will be subject to change at that time.  All rates are per room/per night and do not include the current 14.065% occupancy tax.

The JW Marriott at LA Live & Westin Bonaventure Hotel have been selected as the official AAM headquarters hotels.

All housing reservations must be made by April 22, 2010, and are payable by credit card or check (mailed forms only).  All checks must be made payable to Par Avion in US funds drawn on a US bank.  An administrative fee will be charged for wire transfers.

Change/Cancellation Policy

Through May 13, 2010, reservation changes or cancellations can be made through Par Avion.

After May 13, changes must be made directly with the hotel. Cancellations not made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date will be charged a “no-show” fee of first night’s room rate plus applicable tax.


Special Housing Requests

Those seeking roommates should contact AAM at roommate@aam-us.org or 202-289-9113.

Requests for hospitality suites must be approved by AAM. Forward requests by email to hospitality@aam-us.org or call 202-218-7678.

Official Travel Agency/Discounts

Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is the official travel agency for the AAM Annual Meeting in Los Angeles. Book your discounted air fare and car rental reservations online at www.atcmeetings.com/aam (a nominal administrative fee of $5.00 will be added to your reservation), or by fax at 858-362-3153. You may also contact ATC toll-free at 800-458-9383, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M.–8 P.M., EST.  Discounts are available for travel May 20 through May 29, 2010. Some restrictions may apply; service fees apply – please speak with an ATC travel agent for more information.

  • American Airlines - 5% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased prior to the meeting.
  • United Airlines - Up to 15% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the meeting. Restrictions apply and not all classes of service apply for the 15% discount.
