The ever-increasing interactivity between museums and our “users” has compelled museums and museum organizations (including AAM) to undergo significant strategic transformations. Each panelist will present a case study exemplifying high-level strategic initiatives—goal setting, so-called “rebranding” and audience engagement—that defined and redefined their organizations.
