Get an overview of the legal issues you should be aware of when publishing images and video online. This tutorial will outline copyright and privacy issues in museums, and provide guidelines for mitigating legal risk and being responsible digital citizens.

Young has been with the Indianapolis Museum of Art since 2010 where she heads the rights and reproductions department. She was formerly the photographic archivist for The Kinsey Institute at Indiana University and worked for the Art Gallery of Ontario and George Eastman House. Young is the chair of RCAAM’s Rights and Reproductions Committee and the editor of the 2015 publication "Rights & Reproductions: The Handbook for Cultural Institutions."
