Many institutions collect data or have software that records data. Not all of the data is used to its greatest potential. We’ll explore how two institutions have used their data to control operating costs and increase earned revenue.

Mary Baerg - Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County

Serves as Director of Guest Experience Operations at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County and La Brea Tar Pits & Museum. She currently oversees ticketing systems, guest relations and the performance of food service, retail and photo experience partners. Kenny began his career in the commercial side of the business, but has spent the last twelve years working with several not for-profit clients for Management Resources- a firm with over thirty years of global experience consulting to museums, theme parks, visitor attractions, World Expositions and Olympiads. Kenny has worked on Titanic Belfast, Exploratorium, Mystic Seaport, The Franklin Institute, Natural History Museum of LA and others.
