Find out how four museums have used crowd, network and community sourcing to solicit visitor participation and widen the interpretive scope of exhibitions. Using audio, Web-voting, photography and open-source apps, these projects have successfully engaged diverse audiences, locally and globally.

Daniel Davis - National Museum of the American Indian

Daniel Davis is the Manager of the Media Group at the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) in Washington D.C. and New York. He is an award-winning media producer and creative director who produced the first bilingual exhibition app for the Smithsonian Institution. Mr. Davis has been working as part of the Smithsonian Mobile Strategy and Initiatives team since 2011.
