Charles Katzenmeyer is the vice president, institutional advancement at The Field Museum. Previously, he was senior vice president for external affairs at the Adler Planetarium, and before that chief development officer for the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History.

Willard has served as a senior development officer at four major institutions (University of Chicago, Newberry Library, Illinois Institute of Technology, and The Field Museum) over a 25-year period.
