The way to your guests' heart and mind is through food. From Field to Fork to Compost, food impacts our environment, speaks to our culture and links us to world around us. Food served in museums can and must contribute to the nourishing of mind, body and planet. Larry Bain and Jessica Harris will provide a delicious lunch and insights on how museums can collaborate with Food Service companies to offer visitors a sustainable and extraordinary dining experience.

Transportation to Seattle Art Museum Onsite Insights will not be provided. The Museum is an 8 minute walk from the Convention Center via Union Street. Meet the group in the lobby at 1st and Union. Tour will begin promptly at 12:15 p.m.
