Forces of Change
Georgia World Congress Center  Sunday, April 26  3:30-4:45 p.m.     B306
Join leaders of three pioneering urban museums in a discussion about redefining the connection between museums and communities. Visions of museums as centers of civic discourse have altered this relationship, while modern technology creates new avenues for access and audience reach. The NEH has supported landmark exhibits interpreting cities. As the NEH marks its 50th anniversary, we will evaluate where the field is today and identify the challenges that lie ahead.
