The plummeting expense of digital technology can cause museums to install digital experiences that put them at risk of reducing engagement and damaging their brand. It takes a new way of thinking to introduce digital experiences in a way that’s integrated, contextually appropriate, site specific and topically congruous. Speakers will outline best practices and actionable tactics for holistic digital experiences in museums and how to make them flexible, adaptive, reactive and relevant.
