The Scottsdale Museum of Art exists in a complex organizational structure. The re-accreditation process helped clarify the role of the museum and understand how it can move into the future. The reviewers were particularly helpful because they came from similar organizations and immediately understood our problems and potential.

Although it was a lot of hard work to secure re-accreditation, the process as much as the final result, made it all worthwhile.
