Find a Partner

Museums Connect partnerships consist of at least one U.S. museum and at least one non-U.S. museum. Museums may find a partner through existing relationships, through their own research or by searching profiles submitted by interested institutions.

The profiles provide basic information about museums interested in applying for a Museums Connect award and outline their preliminary project ideas. Final concepts are developed by the U.S. and non-U.S. partners working together. To have your profile added to the list, see Phase I application instructions.

Museums interested in partnering with an institution from the lists may use the information provided to contact the project coordinator and discuss project concepts. Once museums have agreed to partner, they notify museumsconnect@aam-us.org to receive guidance on next steps. 

All U.S. and non-U.S. museums must submit a Museum Profile before proceeding to Phase II of the application process. Profiles for the 2013 cycle are accepted through January 14, 2013.
