My login isn't working

• Are you trying to use an institution's login information?
  Staff who work at member institutions need individual accounts linked to the institution's roster in order to access online member's only pages and services. If you have already created an individual account and linked it to your museum's or organization's roster, use your own username or password to access the members-only resources, including the Information Center. If you don’t have an individual account, sign up and you will be provided with login information. During the sign-up process, you must select Find My Organization and identify your member organization to receive the membership benefits.
  
  
• Have you forgotten your username and/or password?
  To retrieve your username and/or password, click on Login and select the Retrieve Username or Password link. To use this retrieval, we must have your current e-mail address.
  

I can login to the AAM site, but I can't login to jobHQ.

• If you have recently changed your username and/or password, your jobHQ login may not have updated yet. Please contact webmaster@aam-us.org and we will try to expedite the updating process.
