1) The Power of Place – know your museum building’s story and how your museum came to be.
2) Teacher Customer Service – How to best complete your museum’s mission AND be a resource for educators and being aware of political conversations about the classroom.
3) Lessons Learned – museum stories/experiences we have had and how we handled them as staff.
4) Collaboration – practical ways to connect sites and share resources.
*The program will end at 12:30pm, but box lunches will be delivered at this time for those who pre-ordered.
