Feeling overwhelmed and underprepared to comply with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA)? During this workshop, Bernstein & Associates NAGPRA Consultants will provide an overview of NAGPRA and the 2024 updated regulations as well as offer a roadmap to repatriation. Through case studies and deep discussion with other participants (max 30 people), this workshop will give you the tools you need to understand and apply NAGPRA principles at your organization and maintain ethical and authentic partnerships with Native organizations. Come explore what NAGPRA means for your organization and how we can build a more ethical and inclusive history field through this work.
