Museum Hack: How I Learned to Stop Hating and Love Virtual Experiences
This session includes tips and ideas for how to create engaging online experiences.
Date: May 6 at 1:00- 2:00 ET
Location: Zoom Room (to be shared prior to event)
Presenter: Tasia Duske, CEO Museum Hack
Session Description:
Are you up to your screen in Zoom meetings and praying for a coworker’s puppy to join in just to bring the energy back? Museum Hack wants to inspire us to reimagine how we think about museums and now: virtual experiences.
Building from their outside-the-box museum tours, Museum Hack will share ideas about the principles of meaningful engagement in a wide variety of online experiences. Expect an overview of the 4 Pillars of an Engaging [Virtual] Experience, with a focus on Pillar 3: Social Experience and Pillar 4: Sense of VIP & Exclusivity.
We believe one of the best ways of learning is by doing, so be prepared to participate. This session will last between 75 to 90 minutes. Registration will be capped at 50 participants for maximum engagement. All participants should be prepared to have camera ON and be actively involved.
Closed captioning provided.
Registration priority will be given to those who can be actively engaged. If you’re not able to have your camera on and participate, but are interested in the session, please see alternative options in the registration form.
Registration for this event has closed.
