You may access your AAM membership card electronically on your mobile device by downloading a free app for your Android, Apple or Windows device.
Using the AAM Digital Membership Card App
After downloading the app, activate the card by logging in using your AAM username and password. Do you need your login information? You can access your information here.
The digital membership card displays your membership status and expiration date. You may also access our Find A Museum directory to search for Alliance member museums by city, state and zip code.

What are the technical requirements?
The digital membership card works on most Android phones, Windows Phones and the most current version of iOS for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.
What if I don’t have a username and password? Or what if I’m not sure?
If you do not have an AAM username and password, you may create a profile. If you are not sure or if you forget your login information, you may retrieve it here.
When is the digital membership card available for me to use?
The digital membership card is activated as soon as your membership is activated. If you join or renew online or over the phone, it should be available as soon as you receive your confirmation e-mail. If you mailed the application, it could take a week to ten days for us to receive and process the membership.
May I use the digital membership card on more than one device?
You may only register the card on one mobile device. If you have a new device and are having trouble logging in to your digital card, please e-mail us.
What happens when my Alliance membership expires?
The digital membership card will change the displayed membership status from Member to Expired.
Can I get a digital membership card for my museum’s membership?
The Alliance only issues membership cards to individual members: Professional, Student and Retired members.
