The National Park Service provides Chapter 11: Curatorial Health and Safety of the Museum Handbook that provides information on occupational health and safety hazards unique to museum work.

Natural History Museum (UK)

The Natural History Museum in London, England has posted its Museum Health and Safety Management Policy. It contains three parts. Part one outlines the museum’s pledge to provide a useful health and safety management system. Part two outlines who will implement the policy. Part three includes detailed plans for managing the museum’s health and safety.
