Museums continue to think outside the box when engaging their audiences. This EdCom One Good Thing panel discussion occurred October 10, 2019 at the Crocker Art Museum.
Panelists share recent experiments with engagement through evening events, block parties, and more. One Good Thing (OGT) is a series of face-to-face professional development opportunities for museum educators. Through these gatherings participants learn about next practices for designing and implementing museum education-related programs. OGT is supported by AAM’s Education Committee (EdCom) and developed by Regional Representatives, who are museum educators that volunteer for EdCom.
