Join two museum professionals who juggle conducting evaluations alongside many other responsibilities for their institutions. Neither of our institutions have a full-time evaluator or full evaluation team, but evaluation plays a critical role in our decision making. We’ll briefly share how we support evaluation efforts across departments and train other staff to facilitate evaluations. Then we’ll open it for a group discussion.
