Driving change takes time and requires building coalitions. As independent museum professionals, it is crucial to build and nurture strong relationships with the people you work and partner with to propel change. Learn from a case study at The Swiss Science Centre, Technorama. Hear from Silvio Wey, Director of Visitor Experience at the centre, and Amparo Leyman Pino, M. Ed., Principal & Founder of Yellow Cow Consulting, LLC, about how they worked together to lead the overarching initiatives of Diversity & Inclusion at Technorama. This is a year-long project funded through the Fulbright Specialist Program.
