How can digital practices bolster museum strategies for navigating the COVID-19 pandemic? What barriers may impede taking full advantage of digital opportunities? This webinar, presented by AAM with support from the Knight Foundation, will explore the results of Digital Readiness and Innovation in Museums: A Baseline National Survey published by the Knight Foundation in 2020 that measured museums’ digital readiness just prior to the pandemic, and identifies the most common barriers to optimizing digital success.
