The NEW two-day VTS Coaching Workshop ll provides more time to practice and to reflect for those who have completed VTS Coaching Workshop l (see Coaching Workshop l description below). VTS Coaching Workshop II offers intensive gallery practice with careful work around both technical and facilitation skills involved in advanced coaching practices. Participants will explore the challenges of coaching more skilled facilitators, practice observation with note-taking, and consider various strategies for successful coaching sessions. *Coaching Workshop II participants will be eligible to apply for VTS Coaching Certification when it becomes available (Summer 2019).
