New Marketing and Communications Resources

Category: Marketing & Public Relations
Decorative

As social media becomes increasingly important to organizations more staff working on marketing and communications tasks, especially those who work for smaller museums that wear many hats, are being asked to provide detailed tracking of social media statistics and asked to determine the best way to respond to commenters of posts. AAM’s Communications team created the following resources to help streamline some of your social media-related processes.

One area of a communications strategy is how and when to respond to a social media post from a commenter about your museum. In this decision tree, you can follow a process for determining the best course of action. Download a PDF copy of this social media response decision tree.

Additionally, knowing what types of statistics to report on and how often is an important step in communications planning. Download a copy of the marketing and communications reporting template in either PDF or  Word Document.
