The Committee on Audience Research and Evaluation is excited to share a description and stories of Team-Based Inquiry in practice. Presenters will walk through a useful framework for engaging all types of museum staff in evaluating specific programs or organization-wide efforts. Team-Based Inquiry is designed to: (1) help museum professionals use data to improve their products and practices, (2) foster effective teams and learning organizations, (3) and build the capacity of professionals and organizations to conduct front-end and formative evaluation. The Minnesota Historical Society will share stories of using TBI to assess their various offerings as well as institution-wide efforts.
