Join your peers from across the country as we ask questions and work collectively to consider answers about how to deal with increasingly challenging visitor behavior. Stephanie Arduini, Deputy Director at the American Civil War Museum and Allison Wickens, Vice President for Education at Mount Vernon, will open the EdComversation by sharing the journeys of their institutions and then participants will break into small groups to share experiences, learn from others, and think about tools and next steps for their organizations.
