Futurist Friday: An Anthology of Cli-Fi Short Stories

Novelist Kim Stanley Robinson (who was on the selection committe and helped to select the finalists, along with a panel of several other judges) writes in the foreword that "Near-future fiction…concerns itself with events in coming decades, and because of the rapid pace of change in technology and society today, this subgenre of science fiction –dubbbed cli-fi — for climate fiction — see cli-fi.net — has become in effect the realism of our time."
